Terms & Conditions

All cancellations must be intimated to our head office on phone followed by a written confirmation via email or fax. Telephonic cancellation will not be accepted as cancellation request. Cancellations for the independent/individual tour services should be made with a notice of not less than 7-30 days (According to Situation). The cancellation in case of group booking should be made at least 30 days prior to the date of commencement of the trip. For Christmas, New Year, Diwali, Pushkar Fair and other important festivals the normal cancellation policy does not apply and payments for against bookings during such busy period are considered as non-refundable. Please check with our travel consultants at the time of booking for such cancellation policy for special event tours.

In the event of less than 8 travelers:

1. If the booking is cancelled 10 days prior to the start of the trip Loss of deposit will be full.
2. If the booking is cancelled 20 days prior to the start of the trip 50% Loss of deposit
3. If the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to the start of the trip 70% Amount will refund
4. If the booking is cancelled within 0 days prior to the start of the trip 100% Amount will refund

Please Note :

1. Amount will be refunded through Electronic Transfer or by the card (Debit/Credit).
2. Refund of amount will initiate after deducting the applicable cancellation Charges and service charge and both will be settled within 7 to 30 days of the day of cancellation request approved by Round The World Vacation.
3. Booking which is under no Cancellation/ No Refund, guest/client travelling or person/entity booked will have to pay the service charge to Kerala Yathra Tours and Travels

Rates and Price Variations
The Company reserves the right to vary the rates in the event of adverse moments in exchange rates or price rises made by the principals. Additional bookings will be subject to surcharge as appropriate. Rates are: per tour, per night, accommodation, per crossing ferries, per package; as appropriate to the particular product. Price Inclusions and Exclusions
Items included in the prices or rates of the products are specified in each section. Spelling of Names and Documentation
Please ensure that the spelling of all names is correct and match the details exactly as shown on your passport(s). It is your responsibility to advise us of the correct information at the time of booking, as you will incur substantial costs to amend details at a later stage if the information you supplied was incorrect.

Travel Documents
Travel documents are not normally issued until three weeks before departure. When documents have been issued & received by the company they will be dispatched (mailed or emailed) to you.

Payments to The Company
Full payment is required to secure your booking. Please note that in some cases suppliers may require a deposit higher than $250 per person. No bookings will be processed until a deposit is received. No liability will be accepted by The Company until payment is actually received by The Company.

Any binding contract will only exist

If you request The Company to cancel your travel arrangements, our liability will be limited to a refund of all monies paid by you, less any of our cancellation service fees and, less charges that will be made by airlines, hotels, car hire companies, cruise companies, tour operators, and other suppliers. Flight Timings, Departure Points, Flight Numbers
The timings shown on your ticket are subject to re-confirmation on both OUTBOUND and INBOUND journeys. Please contact the applicable Airline at least 72 hours before departure. The Company cannot accept responsibility for amended flight timings or numbers.

Multiple Tickets and Connections
If you have purchased multiple tickets which mean you are transiting or connecting from one carrier to another or the same carrier, we cannot accept responsibility for any future schedule changes that may affect your connecting times. Also, we cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs incurred in changing your flights to accommodate.

Hotels
Please note that hotels and room upgrades are listed as per your reservation. Please be aware that hotel grades and hotel standards do vary between countries.
